Four hours out of Temple Pier with a DJ playing nothing but Michael — the anthems, the deep cuts and the remixes — while London slides past the windows.

Guests turn up dressed for it: fedoras, sequins, the red jacket. There's a photo wall on board, a full bar, and about as much dancing as a boat can reasonably take.
