Age requirements

Minimum age requirements vary by event and are stated in each event's description. It is your responsibility to check the age requirement for an event before purchasing. Valid photo ID may be required to confirm your age on entry.

Entry and ID

A valid ticket and, where required, valid photo ID are needed to enter an event. Failure to provide these may result in refused entry with no refund.

Re-entry

Re-entry policy varies by event and is stated in each event's description.

Admission and conduct

We reserve the right to refuse admission to, or remove from an event, any person at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, anyone who:

  • cannot provide valid ID where required;
  • appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs;
  • behaves in an abusive, threatening, or unsafe manner;
  • engages in unauthorised promotion, advertising, or self-promotion at the event; or
  • otherwise acts in a way we consider unacceptable.

This right is exercised reasonably and will not be used in a way that unlawfully discriminates against any person.

Refunds and transfers

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as set out in our Return & Refund Policy. If we cancel or reschedule an event, the terms of that policy apply.

5. Photography and filming

Our events are photographed and filmed. By attending an event, you consent to being photographed and filmed, and you agree that we may use, reproduce, and share this footage and imagery for any purpose, including marketing and promotion, across any platform, without further notice, payment, or compensation to you.

6. Merchandise

Merchandise purchased through our website is covered by our Return & Refund Policy and, where applicable, our Shipping Policy. Please refer to those policies for details on returns, exchanges, refunds, and delivery.

7. Intellectual property and independence

All content on this website — including our name, logo, branding, text, graphics, and images — is owned by or licensed to TK Experience Ltd and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it without our written permission.

TK Experience Ltd is an independent events company. Our events are original, independently produced experiences. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with any artist, estate, brand, company, or organisation. Any resemblance to, or inspiration drawn from, third-party works is for the purposes of tribute and entertainment only and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

8. Limitation of liability

We provide our website and events with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable, or for any loss arising from your misuse of our website or failure to follow event rules.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
