This policy applies to physical merchandise ordered through our website. Event tickets are delivered digitally by email and are not shipped.


Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.


Shipping costs

  • Free UK delivery on all orders over £19.98.
  • Orders of £19.98 or under are charged a standard delivery fee, shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Orders are typically delivered within 7 business days, in line with Royal Mail's standard UK delivery estimates.

We offer a single standard delivery service. All orders are sent via Royal Mail.


Tracking

Where a tracked service is used, we'll provide tracking details so you can follow your order's progress.


Lost, delayed, or damaged orders

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at uk.tkevents@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and, once a loss is confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund.


Incorrect delivery details

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders delivered to an address you've entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at uk.tkevents@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.
